A detailed and attractive town plan from one of the greatest publications of the late sixteenth century. Rouen appears on the banks of the Seine with the road to Paris shown at the right-side. Two figures in the foreground appear next to a large key to 35 lettered locations on the plan. One small spot on the engraved surface otherwise a good example.
