An attractive and uncommon miniature map surrounded by vignettes of the county's landmarks; Carlisle Cathedral, Lowdore Waterfall, and Keswick Lake & Skiddow Mountain. Ramble added these vignettes to Miller's county maps of 1821 that were originally published as part of "Miller's New Miniature Atlas...". They were republished from 1844 in "Reuben Ramble's Travels Through The Counties Of England" - a child's guide to the country. Protective margin added to the top of the page.
