An interesting and detailed small map of Windsor, its park and surrounding area, or "Vicinage" as stated in the title. The map includes natural features, towns, villages and significant houses with the drives of the park, its lakes and woods prominent. The Great Western Railroad is shown at the top with its station at Slough, then an insignificant village. The map, which is printed on card, is very similar to one by James Wyld of 1842 but we can find no other trace of this item.
