First published in 1681 by Blome, this edition was published 1715-1717 by Thomas Taylor. A charming and highly decorative map, with its distinctive colouring and charming swash writing, it is dedicated by Richard Blome to Henry, Duke of Beaufort. The title piece of the 1715 edition refers to the map being coloured in the publishing house, an unusual feature. Distances between towns are added in circles. Laid down with small area of centrefold damage repaired.
