A very decorative presentation of the scene and plan of the Battle of Ramillies, one of the decisive actions of the War of the Spanish Succession. The battle, fought at the end of May 1706, saw the allied troops, under the Duke of Marlborough triumph over Villeroy leading to the submission of major cities including Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Ostend.
