"Races of the World" is a 14 - page booklet, intended to educate British children about other cultures and peoples. Each page shows an illustration by Pouffe depicting a traditional scene from across the world in c. 1900, in language typical of the time. Some pages have full colour whereas others are in black, white and red. Examples of scenes are Kite Flying in China, an Indian Bazaar scene, and Natives Lion Hunting in Bengal. Apart from some light staining across the book, the pages are all in tact and perfectly readable.
