A detailed and interesting map of both the north and south poles with further inset details of specific areas of recent further discoveries. Positions and dates are given for Peary at the North Pole in 1909 and Amundsen (1911) and Scott (1912) at the South Pole amongst others. Centrefold and margins with tissue reinforcement but all detail present and clear.
