An interesting and uncommon map published in James Tunstall's "Rambles About Bath, And Its Neighbourhood". The map was based on the surveys of the local family firm Cotterell and produced in lithographic form by Milsom Street artisan Hollway. At a large scale of two inches to the mile, the map is orientated with north to the right and extends from Wellow and Dunkerton to Saltford, Bitton, Langridge, Bathford, Winsley and Midford. Evidence of old folds, now reinforced, but a good example.
